These ruthless ninjas follow Piltogg because he has the Sword of Inhuman Strength which they need to accomplish their greatest mission. They originally had formed after they where exiled from the planet Asia due to their defense of the old emperor right before the new emperor rebelled and took over the planet. Piltogg has agreed to resurrect their sovereign once he has gained enough power, in exchange for their eternal servitude of him and his new dominions.

Lord Zander the Great is the current governor of the planet Earth II (the second planet of human habitation). Being the governor of a planet he does whatever he thinks will get him enough votes to keep himself in office, this generally includes using his swat team like force primarily comprised of J.E.D.I. enforcers to keep the peace on his planet. Being a politician, Lord Zander enjoys taking advantage of any loop-hole in the rules he can find, this usually entails his warriors dual wielding weapons to gain a numerical advantage over other armies.

After WW3, many minifigs believed that the only the way they could evade nuclear waste induced diseases was to hide in the sewers of major cities. They where incorect however, as an easily massproduced gas mask was invented in time to save most of the human population not destroyed by the initial explosions. Unfortunetly the stink will NEVER come off so those who dwell on the surface of earth set up a large swat force known as the L.E.A.I to keep them forever far away from the decent smelling portion of the population of earth. As the self proclaimed leader of this group of individuals, Godzilla promises them freedom and rule over the surface world.
